Employees of every country where Dole operates are also given publications, such as leaflets, magazines, posters, training handouts and manuals, detailing the Company’s expansive Corporate Responsibility programs. In addition, employees are required to attend seminars focused on specific Responsibility and Sustainability topics, such as Dole’s proactive approach to environmental issues or the division’s social policy, to name a few.
